Steps for Using the Simple Search Feature

1. Click the "Search" button in the main menu.
2. Click on "Simple Search".
3. Select Open for open status and Closed for closed errors.
4. Refine your search by selecting a category and component, You can also search by keyword if needed.
5. Click on "Search" button.

6. To find errors with a closed status, select the "Closed" status and click "Find"
